# Analytics

> Understand request, Agent, Channel, capability, and governance trends.

Analytics summarise activity in the selected Workspace and time range.

Available metrics include requests, success rate, latency, delivery success, active users, failed requests, returning users, Operator reviews, Gateway blocks, and tool or MCP calls.

Breakdowns can show:

* requests by Agent;
* requests by Channel;
* capability usage;
* outcomes and failure reasons;
* countries when location information is available;
* request origins when supplied by the caller or Channel.

Use analytics to find a pattern. Then open an Agent, Channel, or Trace to understand a specific request.

A configured Block or rejected Review is a governance outcome, not a technical Agent failure. Delivery failures are also separate from Agent execution failures.
