# Dashboard

> Review Workspace activity, performance, and governance.

Open [GroundForge](https://platform.groundforge.ai), select a Workspace, and choose **Dashboard**.

The Dashboard shows current Workspace metrics such as:

* requests and success rate;
* median latency and delivery success;
* active and returning users;
* failed requests;
* Operator reviews and Gateway blocks;
* tool and MCP calls.

Use the duration selector to change the reporting window. Selecting a metric updates the trend chart.

Breakdowns help compare Agents, Channels, capabilities, countries, outcomes, failure reasons, and request origins when that information is available.

A useful workflow is:

1. notice an unusual metric;
2. open the related Agent or Channel;
3. inspect one recent Trace;
4. check the exact model, Gateway, tool, and delivery steps.

## Example

Send the weather request once under Allow and once under Review. Compare the request count, operator-review count, capability usage, and the two linked Traces.
