# Platform Overview

> Use the GroundForge SaaS application.

Open [platform.groundforge.ai](https://platform.groundforge.ai) and sign in.

The active Organization and Workspace appear in the top bar. Confirm both before creating or editing resources.

The main areas are:

* **Dashboard** — Workspace activity and performance;
* **Agents** — managed and external Agents;
* **Channels** — WhatsApp, email, Slack, and webhook connections;
* **MCPs** — MCP providers, discovery, inventory, and changes;
* **Gateways** — capability rules;
* **Approvals** — Operator Tasks waiting for a decision;
* **Traces** — one request at a time;
* **Settings** — Workspaces, identities, access, and credentials.
