Open GroundForge, select a Workspace, and choose Dashboard.
The Dashboard shows current Workspace metrics such as:
- requests and success rate;
- median latency and delivery success;
- active and returning users;
- failed requests;
- Operator reviews and Gateway blocks;
- tool and MCP calls.
Use the duration selector to change the reporting window. Selecting a metric updates the trend chart.
Breakdowns help compare Agents, Channels, capabilities, countries, outcomes, failure reasons, and request origins when that information is available.
A useful workflow is:
- notice an unusual metric;
- open the related Agent or Channel;
- inspect one recent Trace;
- check the exact model, Gateway, tool, and delivery steps.
