Operator Review - GroundForge

Operator Review is used when a capability needs a person to make the final decision. For example, a weather forecast is harmless and may be allowed automatically. A capability that sends an alert to customers may require Review.

What happens

Agent requests a capability
→ Gateway rule says Review
→ Operator Task appears in GroundForge
→ Operator checks the capability and input
→ Approve: the capability runs
→ Reject: the capability does not run
→ the decision is recorded in the Trace

An Operator Task can show the Agent or MCP provider, capability name, available input, Gateway, Channel context when present, and linked Trace.

Example

Suppose the Agent requests:
